Rain and Inclement Weather Policy
If there is a 50% chance of rain for the rental date (according to accuweather.com) for the city of the reservation, you will be issued a 100% REFUND. We do not setup if the chance of rain is 50% or greater.
If winds are expected over 20 MPH, with gusts over 25 MPH (according to accuweather.com) for the city of the reservation, you will be issued a 100% REFUND. We do not setup if winds are expected over 20 MPH, with gusts over 25 MPH.
For your safety, if winds exceed 25 MPH during your rental, please immediately evacuate the inflatable, turn off the blower, and move away from the equipment as it deflates.
Please Note:
Due to the hard work of our staff before, during, and after a reservation, rentals that are delivered are not refunded regardless of weather.
